Salmon mousse with salad for a starter (excuse the bread and butter!!) followed by traditional Christmas lunch. Amazing what you can do in a van with a bit of pre planning, a microwave, a slow cooker and a Remoska! Didn’t use the hob and don’t have an oven in my PVC. Photo doesn’t show my bread sauce as I forgot about it until I had nearly finished.
Couldn’t manage my pud!!

A Xmas present saw us today taking a helicopter ride around HK island.

Today’s paddle was a bit too windy, grey and rough for the usual group, so I went out by myself again ?
It was very grey, so I’ve tittivated the colours, but the kayak and waves are very real.

The Dhoon, just round from Kirkcudbright, D&G.
