lovely walk in sun on our local coal tip, now grassed over unofficial reserve in Bolsover, Derbyshire, only took my camera as an after thought :)(y)

I've had to postpone the last couple of intended paddles Andy, due to the offshore wind picking up too much. I made the most of a bit of a lull this morning, but it wasn't due to last much more than a couple of hours, so unfortunately not long enough to explore all the islands.
It just means I have to keep coming back :LOL:
 
This our spot for the last couple of nights, Aire in Long near Abbeville.
5€ a night and because the bonne is broken you can fill up in the municipal campsite.

I couldn't get over the sun last night .. it was HUGE.

I'm not surprised Joy, I know the cow jumped over the moon, but the sun is a lot further away and you would need asbestos underwear. :rolleyes:
You could ofcourse done like the Irish astronauts and gone at night.:doh:
