Spent a lovely weekend snowed in at a holiday cottage with all the family near Sennybridge Brecon Beacons Wales.

We've had to walk out abandoned 2 cars. Luckily we managed to move 2 others into the village on Saturday so we've escaped..

Glad you managed to escape @Mousy Dawn - but can't help thinking - why didn't you just have them all come home - lovely home - sea view - beach within minutes - craft workshop on site (12 chair legs to make Christmas Pom poms to make Amazing Christmas wreaths .... )

Being a derbyshire lass I was brought up that it was a 'shepherds warning'......but I'd be quite happy with a sailor Joy

Couple of years ago you could stay overnight , but no facilities. Think even the water was turned off. Terrific views through 360 degrees from campsite.

We're normally in bed around 9pm. It's an hour ahead in France so awake at 2:50 am lol. Had nightmares with knittingneedles stabbing me, what's that all about.

Decided the one I had started is going to be to small so got to unpick it and start again, what am I being punished for lol.

Tide times weren't right for a walk across the Causeway .... so we walked round Marazion instead, and I found a shop where a lovely lady makes things out of limpets picked from the beach -
