I love how just to prove you are NOT completely in charge, he puts his paw surrepticiously on the forbidden furniture.

A group of magpies is called a parliament.
A group of lions is called a pride.
What do you call a group of men like this?

TROUBLE !!!!!!
I love the clever way the residents have 'crafted' the wreath and echoes of the ceramic Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red poppies. Can you believe that was 3 years ago?View attachment 195548

Pics from the extra care place where my Pa lives. Lots of poppy displays throughout the building, on the restaurant tables, along the banisters, wall hangings and everywhere you looked.
All made & donated by the residents.
It was very moving to see.

Flippin Iphones!
We went to see it and unbeknown to me and my sister mum had bought us one each as a surprise ! We opened them on Christmas Day and shed a few tears. A treasured possession. It was one of our 1st trips in the van, stayed at Abbey Wood, used the Woolwich Ferry instead of the Dartford Crossing.
Amazing experience & so thankful we did it.
(Still kick myself for not buying the poppies at £25/each for christmas pressies like I planned to though!)

Look after them. They are worth quite a bit of money, besides being a beautiful keepsake.I've got one too
Mine's still wrapped up safely in it's boxLook after them. They are worth quite a bit of money, besides being a beautiful keepsake.
Happy Birthday.
We quite often do the run to Hayling Island every couple of weeks, ideal distance for charging up the battery during the winter. Love the fact that you can park right up to the beach, watch the kite surfers, passing ferries, have a walk in the blustery wind, treat ourselves to a salted caramel ice cream, then head for home.![]()
I put mine outside but frost got it last year so I had to glue a petal back on its inside now proudly on show.Mine's still wrapped up safely in it's box
The 'new tradition' is pre-wedding photos in spectacular settings, I found out about it when we were in the Lake District, couples in full wedding gear getting photos done or taking them themselves with mountain and lake backdrops and sometimes in church grounds. I think the full wedding gear is more an asian concept, westerners seem to have more 'choice' of formal or informal clothes but still formal shoots.on a regular basis you see the Chinese having their wedding photos done near Tower Bridge . In the summer they are there at 6am today it was 7 am.
Oh leave off ... it's dead!Love this ol tree.
