All that and he only got it's bum!!!

I'd have thought that camera would have facial recognition

No no no. It was ME that only got it's bum! He got some lovely pics as we followed the gorgeous wee beastie around the garden.

We are staying at Barford Top site in Leicestershire, which is one of my favourites even though it is only about 6 miles from home.

Popped a couple of miles up the road to one of the canal side pubs at Foxton Locks last night and had a lovely meal in the evening sunshine.

This was the view from our outside table:

It you substitute a haywain for the narrowboat in this picture, it could almost be Constable country:

Mimi enjoyed it as well, especially as the pub provides free dog treats:

On the other side of the pedestrian bridge is another pub directly opposite the one we were at. Do I hear a cry of outrage from the thousands of members of the temperance branch of Motorhome Fun? Hello, hello. Is anyone there?

The staircase locks in two groups of five are the longest in England:

There are a number of EHU bollards alongside the canal. They are clearly being used for the wrong purpose here:

I've always fancied a week on a canal boat.... Especially one of the vintage traditional ones

I have done that @Northernraider and it's great. As an experience it is second only to
motorhoming.
