Out on Sunday patrolling the canal at Chesterfield for non members fishing and saw this and my heart sank this thing can eat more fish than two anglers could catch in a day

it looks beautiful but this is a Great Cormorant and it's almost 100 miles from the sea

You've even got EHU! Where is that and are the natives friendly?

We are in the southern Picos de Europa at a place called Posada de Valdeon. Coordinates N 43° 09' 07". W4° 55' 03"

The only native we've seen was the woman who came to collect the overnight fee of €8 including the electricity. And she took great pleasure telling a Yorkshire lass that she lived in Manchester 23 years ago!!! Don't think she knew what she was saying!

We are only two vans here at the moment. Us Brits but Spanish registered van and a couple from Cornwall who, very kindly, donated a bottle of British beer to our collection!

As, sweeeeeet (a shy toilet break???)
It's funnier than that. He wandered off on the end of his new 8m long recoil lead and went round the tussock you can see just behind him. At which point there was no more lead left so he was stuck.

We did a geology lesson afterwards.

"The big grey thing is a rock Charlie. No, you can't eat it."
