Hi all I spoke to someone at the start of the rally who had just come back from a THS in York. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten who.
Anyone know which club has this THS? Thanks Dawn

If you download the C&CC app “out and about” you can you a search. Or log in and search for temporary holiday sites and do a search by region. This is what I found. Edit. A better search by logging in rather than the app, but worth bookmarking it as the search for the link is a bit awkward of the C&CC site.

Well, what a lovely rally this is.

The entertainment has been really good, the food has been amazing, and the company second to none.

We at last got to walk around the power station today. Did anyone else have a metallic taste in their mouth, together with a fizzy tongue?

I always wave at motorhomes and passing trains - having two opportunities every day on our local walk at home. Walking along the perimeter fence we could hear the power station train coming, so I obviously stopped to wave …. ‘You’ll never get a wave off him’ Cliff said, and I didn’t - but what I did get was a wonderful two tone blast from his air horn! It made my day! As you can read, it doesn’t take much …

It was great to be able catch up with funsters that I've not seen for a while.

Thanks again to Martin & Dave for sorting my hob out & Bill for looking at my fridge. I feel like I've really had my 'Fix it' quota .

Great organisation Bob, Denise, Terry, Lisa and all your helpers, so much hard work must have gone into it, hope you get to enjoy it too! Not forgetting the staff in the venue itself - really friendly and we've enjoyed the food.

Camping & Caravan Club Dawn, but not sure which DA.
Type York into your C&CC App, and up the THS will come with the details.

If you pop over to ours, either myself or Gary will sort it for you.

Is it Monday? We have certainly had a Manic weekend great company, entertainment food the carvery let's just say was filling even had home cooked Welsh cakes even better over £4000 raised for the Cancer unit, Chatsfield Suite DRI.
Can I/we say a big thank you to Bob and Terry and everyone else you know who you are that have contributed to making this Fun Fun Fun my interpretation of 3 Fs.

Just stopped at our local corner house cafe for a big breakfast £5 inc tea and toast

Just got back from a great rally at Drax big shout out for all involved .Bob Denise Tony Lisa .also Bobs son Rob and wife for the music .And any one else involved.
Brilliant food great venue.very good &easy parking onto pitch can’t wait till next year great to meet up with old friends and meet new members.
