Thx but I hear enough country songs when I’m in mums car. also wrong instrument Jock and I can’t sing either. What I would be useful for though is to clear the hall at the end of the night 😂

Venue: Drax Sports & Social Club, Main Road, Drax, North Yorkshire, YO8 8PJ

Dates:
Arrive Thursday 31st July (after 9.30am).
Depart Tuesday 5th August.

Price: £90 per unit for 5 nights. (Fixed price)

Deposit Payment:
A ‘non-refundable’ deposit of £ 20.00 is required no later than Sunday 6th October . I will send you a PM with payment details.

You MUST ensure that your reference is your forum name when making your payment for both the deposit and balance payments.

Balance Payment: £70 required no later than 1st June 2025.

*** If the balance is not received by 1st June 2025, and we have had no written notification/contact as to why, then it will be assumed that you no longer wish to attend and your name will be removed from the list.

Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of any cancellation, your deposit will be used for costs incurred and/or given to charity.

Live act information:
Friday evening - "Country Bound".
There is a Country theme going down. Grab your cowboy hats and boots for a "Hoedown Throwdown" and dance away to a fun, upbeat band that play modern country songs as well as some classic floor fillers reimagined in a country style. There is something for everyone.
Prize to the best dressed!

Saturday evening - "Platinum Party Band".
A five piece band of very talented musicians from South Yorkshire who will play the greatest hits from all genres. Dancing shoes at the ready!

Sunday evening - "Caroline Seymour".
Back by popular demand! Energetic, solo female vocalist. If you have any energy left after the last two nights, Caroline will find it for you.

Lisa, just to advise I have paid the balance of £70 for this rally. Ref Cal54
 
Is the balance due? Or are we still in the deposit stage? Obviously if a cash flow is helpful, more than happy to pay in full.

No, nothing has changed. 1st June is the latest date for balance.

No need to apologise Rob, it's nice to have payments in dribs and drabs. When they all come in at once, you can guarantee that a few don't read the payment instructions and then it becomes more difficult and time consuming to find out who the culprits are ;)
That's another reason why I request confirmation when payment has been made, otherwise it could be anyone's guess.......so thank you for letting me know.

I’m glad though that my banking app has assigned the account as a trusted payee and also autoloads the reference for me. 🥳🥳

I've just ordered a different SIM to try it, should be here tomorrow/weds. They said it's unlocked though .... but I went through the same with mine and it wasn't !!

It's only because I've just had my first 'full' state pension payment, it's made me go all giddy with excitement, I even increased my housekeepers allowance .......by three sheckels and a very useful piece of string ....because as I explained to SWMS, there's always a string attached when someone gives you something...
