Hi Funsters,

Have had a word with Eden Camp this weekend and they have allocated us some more space so we can now increase the numbers for this meet to 40.

As we have now confirmed with Eden Camp the dates for this Meet - Friday 4th April to Sunday 6th April 2014

The cost of this Meet is £11.50 per night which gets you unlimited access to the camp attractions . There is a limit of 40 units. If you have put your name down and are unable to attend please let us know so that your place can be filled from reserve list thanks.

Don't worry the staff close the gates about 5.30pm but we have the keys so the gates can be opened for any late arrivals :thumb:

eden camp

apologies but we will have to drop out of this weekend as we have managed to get 3 months off work and are going to sail the boat down to the French canals. :BigGrin:We will be on the canals on route to Paris in May if anyone is around the area we would love to see you the boat is called Northern Lights. Have a good weekend and see you all when we get back Liz and Clive:BigGrin::BigGrin:

You will pay Runrig (Sheila) over the weekend, not sure on arrival times possibly 12 noon, Sheila will be along to let you know, see you there Steve

Please don't arrive before 1.15 pm as we as marshalls cannot get there till 12 noon and we need to work out where we can park up vans taking size into consideration.
Anyone expecting to arrive after 5.30 don't worry we will have a key to open the gates to let you in and we will post our mobile nos on the gate itself so if you arrive late we can open the gate.
With regards to water this is available on site, but cannot be accessed by vans so would have to be carried in containers so if possible please come with at least some water.
Payment for the weekend will be collected during the weekend and this is £11.50 per van per night. We will have the use of hut 12 for the duration of the weekend for socialising Friday night is a free and easy time to socialise with other funsters if you wish bring your own drinks - Saturday night hopefully people will enter into the spirit of the 40s and if you wish come in 40s gear anything goes :Rofl1::Rofl1: we hope to put out some food we used to have during the war again bring your own drinks and lubricate your tonsils for a good old singsong of the tunes that kept Britain going during the dark days of the war.

I will endeavour to get Jim make a form for you to fill in letting us know if possible what time you will be arriving. Any other questions please let me know x :thumb:
