Hi Funsters,

Have had a word with Eden Camp this weekend and they have allocated us some more space so we can now increase the numbers for this meet to 40.

As we have now confirmed with Eden Camp the dates for this Meet - Friday 4th April to Sunday 6th April 2014

The cost of this Meet is £11.50 per night which gets you unlimited access to the camp attractions . There is a limit of 40 units. If you have put your name down and are unable to attend please let us know so that your place can be filled from reserve list thanks.

Oooooo ... just read this thread ... can I take the place of BgClick please (no 25) .... yay ... never been to one of these 'meets' before!

For anyone who hasn't been to Eden Camp before it is a brilliant place, lots of things to see and read about ... we really enjoyed it the last time we went ... plus there is also a prefabricated bungalow (prefab) on show ... I was born in one - well after WW2 I hasten to add!!!! :RollEyes: :Laughing:

Unbelievably, after being the 5th person to put my name down for the rally, I now can't come. :cry:

The owner of the traction engines that I work on has changed the date of the boiler tests to that weekend due to on going repairs taking longer than estimated. So instead of having fun with you all I will be up to my armpits in oil, coal, soot and polish.

I am very sorry about this, but I am needed as there are five engines to test and only three of us to do all the work.

I know ... but 4 April is my Mum's 89th birthday so we have to spend some time at home with her ... especially since we'll then be going down for a week's holiday later on ending up at the Peterborough show later on. Its a shame she won't stay in the camper with us but she likes to be home to her own bed each night ... or settee as she prefers that at the moment as she can watch the pretty lights of the traffic on her ceiling as they go by (she's in a first floor flat!). :Smile:
 
We are on the list already!BUT just to be sure is our Coachman Mirada RV at 35ft and 7.5 ton ok for this meet?
