Does anyone know where I can obtain this kind of material please?.

Caravan dealers are saying they can only supply 15mm

That looks like voringer lightweight board (spelling)

Looks like Maple but Hymers will probably be slightly different from one you will be able to buy. Magnums at Grimsby will sell a similar one but will only deliver 4 sheets of 3mm online due to it getting damaged during transit.

It's a hell of a lot lighter than plywood. I think it's laminated with foam board. Had some in my last van. It's crazy light and really stiff... And about 3 times the price of quality ply.
It is all wood but the inside is balsa or similar and the finish is just a vinyl paper stuck on.

I guess balsa would make sense too. The finish on the stuff I had was pretty thick. It was used for a table top as well as most of the furniture. It certainly wasn't just a foil.
