Sixt fer a cheval

Wow, just wow. All the waterfalls were at least 500 foot drop. It is a horseshoe canyon and it is a trek but what a lovely trek that reminds you of Iceland with heat (we have never been to Iceland!) There is an aire with parking for which you have topay to park but it is worth it. However we parked in the town at an aire alongside the river for nothing and the boulangerie comes recommended then rode teh motorbike in for better parking. Rafting and canoeing from the town. This place is off the scale and off the beaten track of tourists but is so worth a detour if you have time on your hands. Other waterfalls nearby as well. We had to take some of these photos with our decent camera and minimise down for them to be uploaded here so it may appear that you are double viewing. Pretty much everything else you see from us is straight off the mobile phone which wouldnt have done this place justice
