A serial winner of the Beaux Village of the year award. A village that might have 3-400 people live there yet 39 wine houses and a stork sanctuary.
You will see storks all over the place on the chimneys, but the place to stay is at a vineyard nearly within the confines of the village. Theres an old fella there who cant speak a word of English and probably explains to a couple of English every day where the dump and water are. It is an FP but he doesnt care. Last time we went his mother was still knocking about. His Pinot Gris is nice but on the expensive side. If you buy wine from someone else and bring it back to his place he will say (in french) "When the sun shines it shines for all of us". He is in Rue de Sylvaner but there is an aire now so a good back up plan. Kids will love the place
