I eat porridge everyday in life for breakfast
Have done for the last 15 years
My cholesterol is 3.6 which could well be attributed to having oats in my diet everyday

I like my porridge made with full fat milk then drizzled with Honey with Cinnamon in, mmmm! I have tried sprinkling Cinnamon on the porridge then the plain Honey drizzled on top, but it doesn't taste half as good.

Cold oats straight out of the packet with cold milk and some soft light brown sugar. Creamier if left overnight in the fridge to absorb lots of milk.
