Not surprising, and when microwaves came out an American woman sued the manufacturer after trying to dry her dog in one. :rolleyes:
I remember also an article of the time stating that it was dangerous to stand with one's back too close to a microwave in operation as it could cook one's kidney's! I and many others at the time kept our kidneys well away!:giggle:

It depends whats happened to the number of fires caused by the method of cooking the air fryer has replaced. If the other fires have reduced more than the airfyer ones have increased it would actually show the air fryers are safer. The number of fires might have doubled but I reckon the number of airfryers have increased pretty quickly too.

Load of rubbish..no way as good as the old chip pan fires...

now we're talking..all that flaming oil ...that's proper...ask JockandRita tho on a serious note what trouble they can cause

Air fryers...meh.. :giggle:
