Swift C404 electric drop down bef (1 Viewer)

Hi
I can see that drop down beds are a common problem but I can't see what to do on our case.
Its been working fine but then last night we went to drop it down and it's starts OK but then front left corner won't drop down and stops. So naturally we stop power so bed doesn't distort. Any idea why it stops? There doesn't appear to be anything restricting it on the bar and the strap which I guess is on a constant roller from the front right side seems OK too but it's hard to tell.

Hello, and Welcome to the forum.

Just want to clarify, both sides start to drop down, then the left (Port) side stops while the right continues to drop?

If you raise the bed do both sides rise at the same time, or does the right side only rise until it is level with the left whereupon both sides then both rise?

Hi all sorted now. For future reference in case it happens to someone else theicking nut was loose on that side meaning bolt was proud and prevented the movement. My clever hubbie sussed it eventually.. Thank you.
