Would the attendees at Shrewsbury this year please reply with the number of bacon rolls they would like for breakfast on New Years Day to give JockandRita an indication of how much bacon will be required.

The profits will go to whatever charity we collectively choose to support.

Please also include in your reply if you have a gas barbecue and cylinder you can bring to use? We cook just outside the building so that we can eat and socialise inside so attaching to a BBQ point on a van is not an option.

Could non-attendees please resist the temptation to post in this thread? Thank you. We need to be able to see the rashers and rolls in amongst the smoke! :winky:

I have a Cadac Safari Chef 2 BBQ thing runs off small bottles. Only 26cm diameter cooking area so only a few rashers at a time but available if needed.

where is the main thread please? just need to confirm the dates ,,,,, and theyre not on the events calendar ??

Never having been to a rally before, can anyone advise on the evenings events etc. do i assume its a bring your own beer/wine and snacks and just mingle and join in whatever is happening (if anything is of course) every evening? are there any things planned - and NO jock, i wont be falling for the old 'on new years eve all the men wear their underpants outside their trousers sketch', however convincing you might sound ....... :xgrin:
