Furka Pass, Switzerland (1 Viewer)

Ferry now booked to France at the end of August.
We have never been to Switzerland and are thinking about going to Interlaken for a few days.
When there, we would like to drive the Furka Pass.
A few questions for those that have previously done it -
Where is the best place to start/finish?
How easy/difficult is it in a 7m motorhome?
Is one day sufficient or would you do it over a couple of days?

The furka pass is doable (there’s trucks and buses that use it) best done early on the andermatt side though!
You can do the circuit of the furka, grimsel and susten pass all doable
