According to the latest MMM magazine Calor are not now going to stop producing the 3.9kg Propane and 4.5kg Butane cylinders. That should be good news for you gas lovers

I think they got a bit of a backlash from camper van owners along with some owners of small boats that bigger cylinders wouldn't fit or would only fit with extensive modifications.
