Autotrail tracker FB 12ELE2000 head unit problem with blue screen (1 Viewer)

Hi all ,
Iv had a Auto-Trail tracker for a few months now and the head unit with a drop down monitor from the top of it , when I click it onto the “DVB-t television ” option on the head unit to load the tv up it comes up as loading and then just a blue screen comes up , it doesn’t give me any options or buttons to do anything to scan for stations.
Any help would be much appreciated cheers

Is the TV aerial connected and the aerial amplifier powered on?
