I'm just about to start a self build conversion on a Citroen Relay and this layout is similar to what I have in mind - albeit with a higher bed so I can fit bikes underneath. I'd not seen it before, but will definitely take a look at the show next week.
Anything about the layout you would or have changed in the 10 years?

I would certainly move the heating unit from under the bed to a more accessable location beneath the sofa. Beyond that no l wouldn't change the general layout, it has served us well over the years.

I had that in mind, especially as I will be going down the diesel heating route.
Electrics will be under the bed, but hopefully with a slightly higher bed, should be easy to access if needed.
