Motorhome is back now and at another Iveco workshop. We've had a chat and I have informed them that I know about the problem and what causes it. They have said they will contact Iveco once they have inspected it.
Once its stripped down I'm going to have a close look and will pursue Iveco if they are not forthcoming with some sort of help towards the cost, if its found to be one of the faulty parts

Yes definitely planning something along those lines, just don't know how to go about it at the moment, I really think it's the best service I have had off anyone for about 50 years

Aye, and I'm one of them.
It's no good declaring 8 x metres if you are longer, cos when matey abroad turns up, he'll just flatly refuse to recover me.
Twice we've experienced unsuitable recovery vehicles arriving, when they have been explicitly informed of length and weight from.the very first call.

That's not the breakdown division.
I don't have normal insurance with them that's with nfu but they don't do breakdown for motorhomes.
