Yeah. My wife said I could make the big decisions and she would make the little ones, but she would decide which was which.

If you clean up the metal bits, you can easily remanufacture a new one with the right piece of glass and some sikaflex. Been there and done that to save a camping season and keep the wife happy. When the original failed it went with an almighty bang. Lots of energy in that type of glass and they can go for no apparent reason

6 days to go and still no bloody door .... AGGGGHHHHHH, wife is getting twitchy now

it arrived - wrong side fitting and no matching handle - switched plugs and fitted our mismatching door, sod it its a door. SHMBO is happyish - sort out when we get back now.

I'm thinking of replacing mine with a low wattage microwave, hardly use the oven and a pita bending down to make sure its still lit.
Might be a good time to ask the question if you really need it.
