@gwyntaxi My aim is to get a free copy delivered free to everyone who wants one. But we don't send them to everyone; they have to be ordered. Negating the print and post costs is a fine balancing act which is why I have a cut off for registering at a particular date so I have a firm handle on the likely numbers and how much cash I will need to raise.

So it was advertised on the forum and in two newsletters to register for a free copy before Dec 15th. Everyone who did that got a free copy. We do print more than ordered as we know there are loads of you who for some reason just don't see it. These people are outside of our budget though so we ask them to pay for P&P.

To get a free one next year, just make sure you register in December . If you want one now then pay for postage with this link and we'll get one to you.

Hi @Jim, many thanks for your reply, unfortunately I didn’t see the mention of it on the newsletters, probably an oversight on my part, I will diarise to remind me to order one for next December as by the time I start getting away this year it will probably not be until end of February and my last copy is still only half full, so I’ll hang on.
