2. clear your browser cookies (mi.com, www.mi.com, xiaomi.com)
3. go back via the main site: https://www.mi.com/uk/
4. log in
5. click to lower the basket on the top right
6. click the 'dustbin' icon to delete the item
7. put the phone in your basket again and continue as before - the coupon should then be available to use.

I love black but not for anything I carry around &/or put down. has to be bright colours to be seen ,even indoors,If it has to be black then I use red or pink stickers or cover on it.

My first one (64Gb) was Glacier Blue and it's a bright silvery blue colour . Changed when the wife lost hers and she inherited mine as I wanted a 128Gb that came in Onyx Grey at that time.

We've had the Redmi 7 and 9 previously and currently have the 10, they are great phone and, we're only changing them because we put a lot of apps on (for holiday) including sat nav with maps of lots of countries due to us travelling around and hubby has to remove some in order to put on others, mine's okay but what's good for the gander is good for the goose!

The Redmi Note 10 Pro has a dedicated micro sd card slot (along with two sim card slots) and I think it takes up to 512Gb capacity.

ive just spoken to them on the phone and they cant apply the coupon to a promotion, so it comes out as £149 - though they did say they would credit a coupon to my account as a new user- so i would need to buy something else at full price to bring the cost down to £129 .... or am i missing something?

There is no voucher the price reduces at the checkout.
I clicked on buy and it came up at £149 then I registered (only needs an email), then clicked on the link in the email they send. then when I logged in and they sent another email with a code you had to enter. Then carried on with the purchase and the £20 came off at the checkout.

i just went through the same process and now it comes up as £129 when i go to check out - i wonder if my phone call made a difference as it definitely didnt reduce from £149 when i checked a while ago ??

I bought one this afternoon following the link for £104. When you click on the phone there is a £40 discount voucher at the bottom of the page highlighted. After you sign up you click on the voucher which gives you the code then when you get to check out it asks if you have a voucher, you cluck in add voucher and the discount is automatically applied.

I had a problem with this so I typed postcode in without predicted text and like Lenny said no space. I think, but I got there eventually.

I just looked it's still there.
It might be you're still logged in. If you click on the 3 lines top right hand screen then if it says login you're logged out, if there is a number there then you're still logged in. So if you've accidentally activated the voucher then it might have expired.
I had trouble processing mine because my bank done a security check and I lost the code and couldn't get it back. So I looked in my account the 3 lines and it was there under pending purchases.

The voucher should appear when you go to the final payment screen, if it's not automatically see if it has one that you need to activate in the coupon/voucher bit below the price box.
