A couple of months ago when we were looking at our rally calendar for next year, we decided to try and make it easier for ourselves. Unfortunately we cannot have a nice, permanent clubhouse building here, so we put up a large gazebo with furniture, lights etc which allows for evening entertainment, social gatherings and good old English weather. Our objective was to have back to back rallies where possible to avoid the extra work of repeatedly putting the frames up and down.

Just when we thought we had next years rally calendar all sorted, we were asked by one of our groups if they could change dates  This has now left us with a couple of gaps in July and August when we could potentially host something else as the frames would already be in situ.

If you haven't been to Woodside Field before, (why not :ROFLMAO:) we are ideally suited to smaller rallies, anything up to 20-25 vans works really well. As our gazebo frames will already be up if someone has an idea for a small themed rally/meet of 10 vans or more, please get in touch before we open up the dates as a CL. This could be a music meet, board game challenge, mini film festival, or just a chill out meet up at a convenient location.

If you've never run a rally but thought you might like to give it a go, or you have an idea you'd like to try, this could be a good opportunity.

Wow, you lot are quiet.
It is about time that some of you folk who have been attending lots of rallies tried it yourself.
