Clearly does, as the photo shows the number plate obscured, and you need lighting for a number plate. There are regulations as to the visibility angles of the lights and the number plates.

Yes it will be if strapped down. I think the fiamma racks can either hold 60 or 80 KG. Can’t remember of hand. If your worries send me a private message tomorrow and I will confirm the weight!

No, don't use the air con, wife feels the cold. Only ever used air con when in Greece back in 2012 and 13
