I recall when Jezza did it in 10 minutes in a diesel Jag, to which Sabine retorted "I can do zat in a van". 11 minutes is pretty impressive though.

I thought that motorcycle chappy that's always on telly,Martin something or other, broke the record around the ring about 2yrs ago and then someone else broke it again next day.

I liked Sabine, sadly no longer with us.

I don’t think 350bhp out of the 2.5 5 cylinder is over the top.

Some are pushing big bhp out of the 1.9 pd 4 cylinder engine.

Just needs the RAC stickers reinstated

You can get upgraded drive shafts easy enough.

Although the originals are pretty strong on the 5cyl engine.

I once took my van on the quarter mile strip at Santa Pod raceway for a laugh when we were attending a festival there.
