The television in our Wildax is mounted too high, gives me a crick in my neck. It’s above a single seat. I’d like it lowered. The seat has a seatbelt and this seat also is part of the bed. It’s a two berth van, we never have a third passenger so we don’t need the seatbelt anyway.

Any advice on how we can move it would be most welcome.

Thanks.

Can't tell what type of mount is on the back but if it's a standard VESA, and depending on how far you want to drop the TV, you could probably easily "manufacture" a drop plate. Basically a metal plate with holes drilled to fit the existing bracket and corresponding holes further down the plate to fit to the TV. eg

Or have it hinged so it lowers down over the seat and can be lifted back up when not in use.

Similar to a car bonnet 👍

That is another option however would necessitate the sourcing and purchase and fitting of a full new bracket assembly.

Thank you, we’ve just spoken to a great guy at the Wildax Wegfest at Alnwick Rugby Club and he showed us how to remove the headrest, and how to drop the existing bracket. Brilliant !
