Camping in an officially designated location where no overnight fee is charged
(Aires, Stellenplatz, BritStops, etc)

Wild Camping
Camping far from the nearest road, path or habitation.
(American: Boondocking)

Stealth Camping
Camping very discreetly within an urban area.
(French: 'Camping Sept a Sept' (SaS) Arrive after 7pm, leave before 7am )

Fly Camping
Camping in a public access area such as a local park, sports field or national park and leaving behind signs that camping has taken place (fire pits, rubbish, waste)


Feral Camping
Remote Camping
Freeloading
Off Site Camping
"Non paying members of the caravan club"
Carefree camping
Overnighting

Camping on the side of the road or in a car park
 
Surely 'Wild Camping' can only take place where there is a possibility of being eaten by bears and/or wolves...
