Why would this be? Hpi question

I don't think that Autotrail was in the same group as roller team at the time that motorhome was built. Our first motorhome was an ex rental relatively high mileage chausson we kept it a couple of years and traded it in for more or less what we paid for it. It was a good buy for the money and I think if we still had it we could now sell at a profit from what we paid 10 years ago. The price we paid at the time did though reflect the relatively high mileage

Our first van, a Hobby, was Registered as a Trigano, (as in different Company, manufactured in a different country.)
It even had a Tax disc in the window proudly displaying the stupidity of the original dealers.

Our Autotrail only ever comes back as a whit Fiat.. and thats what it says on the V5 too

What is the point of doing / having / paying for HPI if when it throws up the details you question them ?
Just ditch that vehicle, the HPI has done its job.
Just find another vehicle, there's plenty about.

Do a check on mine and it comes up as a Capron. 🤷‍♂️

It’s a Sunlight Cliff 600, based on a Fiat Chasis…….no mention of either on my V5, but my import paperwork from the German converter is all Capron.(y)

My twopennyworth

If you have any doubts prior to purchase they are always going to be at the back of your mind, it will spoil your fun and adventures.
Over the many years of being in the motor industry if something does not sit right the customer will always come back, not there fault it just does not fit with their way of thinking, they are unhappy and in the end the dealer or even the private seller gets a bad reputation the customer could loose money because they just want to get rid.

Best forget this deal and look elsewhere for something that completely satisfies your needs with no niggles.

'Just go' also has a Coach Tour business.

Strange how things happen, although I've sold my Coach & Bus Co. & retired, I still receive the latest Transport Trade Papers and Magazines.
In this months 'Transport Operator' paper, there is an article about a Motorhome Service Centre called RVSC in Edinburgh & London who have upgraded their workshop facilities to service and repair their service partners fleet of over 250 motorhomes that are updated annually.

Their service partner is Just Go Scotland.

Perhaps this might give the OP some reassurance?

Exactly this. Should be totally happy and excited about getting our first motorhome and don’t want any doubts getting in the way. We left it

Thank you everyone
