I have just had a look through manuals, in resources and can't find one you have to pay for, you just download them then go to print on your device, no problems.

As you're a subscriber it may not show as being chargeable, perhaps when the OP originally 'purchased' it she wasn't hence the charge.

If it's the MH Buyer's Guide it seems to have some sort of protection on it. The option to print it is greyed out when viewed in Adobe Acrobat.

Looking at the "important blurb" you can only print it (this would be deemed reproduction) if you have prior written permission

It looks like you are not set to allow people to "start a conversation" with you, click your own avatar on the top line then go down to "Privacy", then "allow users to..." set the tab for "start a conversations with you" to Forum members and then save.
