I'm afraid the original poster is a too recent member to be aware of who is Kate, and why Jim would be so busy away because of her so: Beatrix Kiddo Kate is Jim's daughter , and she has a serious illness and spends a lot of time in hospital

I have just had a look through manuals, in resources and can't find one you have to pay for, you just download them then go to print on your device, no problems.
