Why I love our motorhome.

I still like flying. Just as well really as boys are in Scotland, one in Edinburgh and one in Glasgow. I know we could drive but it’s a bit of a palaver in winter. Darling daughter is now in Panama so I don’t really think we have a choice there. The delays are just part of it. More time for people watching and making sure people are behaving.

We’re off to Scotland for Christmas, it’s really weird not doing all the planning and shopping. Not sure how I feel about that bit.

Can't understand the moaning seems very normal for todays flights and transfers. No one seems to care any more.
The fact that it “seems very normal” is the reason for the moaning, or do you consider it to be acceptable?

Doing it all with a mobility problem makes it ten times worse, I’ve been in situations where they expected me to get out of my chair and walk…😳

THEY should have gone to Specsavers.

We feel doubly blessed with MH travel as, living on the Continent, we do not have to cross the Channel and do not cross Schengen or other frontier checks (yet).

Just exit our gate and turn right or left.

Only have to book early for ferry crossings Italy - Greece, but maybe drive down next time, but then there are frontiers.

Perhaps you could turn water into wine at the same time :wine:

Was that your idea or theirs?
:giggler:
They tell us they love us but the evidence doesn’t seem to support it! I suppose we have been invited to Scotland for Christmas and Panama for February(ish) depending on Claire and Alex’s work. They only went 3 weeks ago so we are waiting until the NY until they’ve settled a bit.

Interesting place to move to.
