Cripes you are early

This weather is too good to miss.

Great farmer here - said "bit noisy over there, the cock". I said "No problem, FUN is here, first BBQ solves that problem".

Told him to lock up his sheep.

And his daughter.

He said his wife could look after herself.

Is there somebody from the western side of England attending :Rofl1::Rofl1:

Just been via A&E to have my head sorted (yes im serious)
George Kung fooed me and cracked MY head open on the table. Nothing but blood came out, no brains (I wonder why) anyhow, could not be arsed with the 3 hour wait after seeing my colleague in Triage, (wow no preferential treatment) so opted to go shopping with Nikki to Morrisons for some BBQ food.

So we are all sorted, away about 3-30 so should be there for 5ish.

Awesome

Only way to describe it. Runrig you did a grand job. I don't know how you managed that weather. Thank you. I'll be looking for the announcement next year.

I have a confession.....

I said we were leaving early to see the bike racing, I lied.

I had to make sure I got to my stock broker before anyone else on the site. I can confess now, because I own 50% of Boddington's Brewery and when the piss heads, oops sorry, Funsters hit the supermarkets to re-stock tomorrow, Boddington shares are going to go through the roof and I'll be RICH.

I didn't know that many cans of Boddington's had ever been made let alone drunk. Incredible.

Just got back via a trip in to York to see Family. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sheila and Mick, you guys done a grand job,. sorry for having to rush off but as you know I had to nip in to York to meet family before they returned to Scotland.
Or was it because I too spied an opportunity to get shares in a drinks company.

Thanks for a Great weekend Sheila and Mick. It was great putting some faces to names, though we shan't remember all of them I'm sure.
You all made us feel very welcome . What a lovely fun bunch of people you all are.
Who ever said old people are boring :Rofl1::Wink:
We all had a good time, yummy bacon and egg sarnies , trip to the pub for a bet on the national. Nice sunshine , kids enjoyed riding their bikes and playing on the zip wire in the play area.
Even Buster our youngest dog enjoyed being mounted by everything with 4 legs:Eek!: although he couldn't understand what was going on !!

We have only just got back from our travels hence the late thanks.
Been to Skipsy , Mr Moo's ice cream parlour.
Sunk Island ,where we saw lots of seals bobbing around on the sand banks and did some deer spotting . We tried a spot of wild camping there, very peaceful and quiet.
Hornsea , to blow away the cobwebs on a long beach walk visit to Sullivan's .
Whitby, where we went to the Magpie café and climbed the 199 steps .
Goathland and all the Heart Beat stuff and the steam trains.
Sands End just to stop and park up on the front for some lunch .
Pickering for a walk around the town before coming home tonight.
We are definitely getting used to this driving about to different places malarkey now. Stopping at a lovely spot wild camping or little Cl's on the way .

We even stopped at Primrose Vally , for a night.
Kids choice , and something we are in no rush to try again.
£33 to empty the loos and all have a long hot shower !!
Well , the kids had a good long swim in the indoor pool while we were in Starbucks too , and we did get rid of all the rubbish and visit the Spar on site.
Talk about an eye opener though , definitely Jeremy Kyle's waiting room:Eeek: Its absolutely massive place.
Fortunately we were at the entrance with the tourers. Nice and quiet. Away from the all the chavs , what an eye opener. Had to tell the kids off , they kept nudging each other and saying look look. I was frightened we'd get thumped for them doing it.
Parents, grandparents and kids alike f'ing and jeffing . We saw 4 people arrested through the evenings very loud and shouty "entertainment show " :Eek!:
At least we all managed to avoid several sick piles on the way back to the MH.
Everyone looked to be having a lovely time though. Lots of people we talked to went every year , and wished they could buy a static on there. Each to there own i suppose.

Thanks again for a great weekend at Misterton
Bev Ralph Jacob Isaac Isabel
Not forgetting Ruby and Buster the Border Terriers.

Cheeky, I'm not old people but the wife is :Rofl1::Rofl1:
