Which C&CC sites sell out?

Just had 7 days at ferry meadows, only booked 3 days before we went. Still empty pitches over last weekend. They only have the side where you check in open during the winter.

C & MC need to get a grip and learn from the C & CC charge a deposit you will keep more members instead of advertising the damn booking for 2018 day when all the no shows block book spoiling it for others.
In fairness to C&MC, I don't think there are many "block bookings". If you are to believe what they say, I think the most bookings made were by one member who booked 13 different stays. It would be interesting to know if they actually attended those that they booked. Any from a "honeypot" site would be taken up pretty swiftly, so not wasted, just not available until later.

For us, the upside of being members of the Camping and Caravanning Club is that they rarely request/demand that you book when attending a rally.
In addition there is nothing to pay upfront, whereas the Caravan and Motorhome Club want you to book prior to attendance and want the money in advance. With the C and CC however, you pay for the nights you are there and, if the weather changes you can leave any time you wish.
