Where would you go in the winter (UK only)?

Cherry Hinton in Cambridge then Norfolk. .
Cambridge:we have a micro climate here.Rarely snow. Great access into Cambridge City. 2 NT properties nearby. A bit of culture then a run on the beach in Norfolk. Sandringham estate?

If you like woodland and beaches close by try Setthorns in the New Forest. Run by CCC. Very basic but nice chunky hook up for winter. Inland I'd select .Moreton in Marsh, Cotswolds. Run by C&M Club. Cosy heated washrooms. Fingers crossed they're open by then. Lovely market town on foot and super walks. Buses to exciting places stop outside the site.
I was about to do a search for a site and local pub/restaurant for Christmas day however after a simple Christmas Day search on here I found your suggestion for Moreton in marsh. Perfect! just awaiting a response from the local business to see if they are taking bookings for Christmas Day lunch.
👍👍👍

The CMC site at Broadway is lovely and the town is very pretty. Decent pubs and restaurants. The Christmas lights and markets are worth seeing too

You sound like my other half. She says exactly the same thing with why do we need to travel half way across the country when we have got it here.
