Where is Wheel Brace and Tow Eye on Carthago E Line

I have had a 2020 Carthago E Line 50 LE MB for about a month now. It occurred to me when we were away that I don’t know where the usual wheel brace, towing eye etc. are kept. We technically don’t need a jack as I have HY4 levelling but I would expect it to be stored somewhere as well.
Checked usual place under driver or passenger seat as per the Mercedes manual but they are Aguti seats so nothing but cables and the usual inaccessible electronics.

Nothing found in the vehicle garage.

Nothing mentioned in the Carthago manual other than where to fit the towing eye not where it is kept!

I am the second owner so I am beginning to think that the previous owner lost it or took it with them.

Any thoughts anyone?

In a regular Sprinter van they are in the passenger footwell under this cover on top of the fusebox. My van is LHD so wrong way round in the pictures!

You don't have to take the glove box out to get to it! I was doing some wiring so I'd removed it in the 2nd picture below.

The jack should be in the garage - it's a bottle jack type thing, though it's probably been removed as you have a levelling system.

My 2024 Fiat Carthago only came the goo & compressor, not sure if there was a towing eye. When I picked the van up I took the jack & towing eye out of the old van.

I checked there and when you take the wooden flooring insert out there is just an Alde heating radiator and not much space for anything else.

No spare wheel, probably an option when new. I do have the goo inflation kit from another van

I think on reflection if I needed to change a wheel I would use the HY4, put it on its jacks and find a decent size socket and extension bar or if on the road call out a breakdown as I have no spare wheel.
My real concern is not having the towing eye if I needed to be towed out of mud on a site. Can these be purchased somewhere and are they vehicle specific?

If you're seeing an Alde heating radiator, you're in the wrong place. Imagine sitting in the passenger's seat with your legs outstretched and your feet on the angled bit of the floor, where the pedals would be if it was the driver's side. It's under the floor matting in that location.

Thanks I’ve just checked and you are correct under the rubber floor mat is a large fuse box cover which has mounted in it is the towing eye and for some reason a cheap screwdriver. So mystery solved I can sleep soundly knowing I can be towed if needed. As for the jack and brace on reflection it would be ridiculous to carry one for this size of van and I would probably never use it anyway. Thanks for yours and everyone’s input.

I have E&P levellers and carry a spare wheel in the boot and a19mm socket, wrench and torque wrench. Can safely change a wheel in 10 or 15 minutes using the levelling jacks (and the tools of course ).

The screwdriver may be for prising the cover off the towing-eye socket, and tightening the thing up.
