Where does your forum name come from?

Boring i know (sorry) but I’m Tony and my better half is Andree her name should have an accent over the first e but don’t know how to do it on the iPad couldn’t think of another name so this has stuck.

Nope not working. When i put my finger or thumb on any given letter and hold it just continues to repeat the same letter like gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg🤷‍♂️
I was referring to the top post regarding using an IPAD Bob👍😁😁

at least you found the 'G' spot? Does anyone, without looking it up, know why it's called the G spot? (I didn't!)

many years ago i was involved with an iron age re-enactment group, (we built an authentic celtic village for educational purposes) had hair all shades of green at the time and someone said i looked like a dryad (mythological tree spirit who looks after travellers) love trees too, and a friends two year old twin daughters thought i lived in a tree, so we kept that up for quite a few years and somehow the name has stuck for the last 30 odd years both in personal life and made an appropriate forum/avatar name..

Hi we were booked to go to Japan in March 2020 then covid came so cancelled (got all money back) we wanted to see the Cherry Blossom so we named our newly converted Nissan Elgrande Sakura which is Cherry Blossom in Japanese, so that's our new username .

At school I was always "Eddie" then later it was shorten by a few good friends to" Ed" few years later I'm in a pub drowning my sorrows when an old "best" friend walks in and says " Mr Ed great to see you" the name stuck with a load of new friends he introduced me to and it's stuck.

I have a Vauxhall VX220. It's my 3rd since 2003. Wrote off the first 2! Had this one for 8 years, highly modified and used mainly for track days. Hence 'VXman' My toy and hobby.

Had shoulder length ginger hair in 70's and got nicknamed Animal at work after the drummer in muppets !! Used to be my user name as well until Animal clothes came along and they pinched it.

Is there a "Where does your forum avatar picture come from?" thread?
