I have a decent breaker bar and a spare wheel but have just realised that my collection of wheel nut sockets only goes to 19mm.

Am I right in thinking it's a 21mm for my 22 Plate Carthage on Alko Light Chassis Ducato base?

The trouble with the "deep sockets" IMO , is they push the leverage point further away from the wheel, sometimes leading to slippage. A conventional length socket, but in the impact range I have found works better. In the jack kit, there is a hollow section tube to be used on the jack winding nut. I found that fitted quite snugly over my breaker bar, thus can be used as additional leverage to stand on rather than pulling and risking back injury.
