It had a hab check when we bought it 2nd hand at end of July. These were the readings then. I have to say Marquis do seem to be dealing with it fine, I'm just concerned about the floor patch. For ref the damp is in the bottom right of floor image, below the no9. Its seemingly getting in here. So its now turned out the warranty claim to replace part of the floor has been rejected and dealer advised to dry it out.
Any legal advice here? I think I'm seriously ready for ???

But surely without any remedial action the underlying problem remains unresolved.Absolutely no idea, I guess they believe their product will dry out ok as that’s what they have advised the dealer to do.
I guess I’ll have to go along with it in the meantime to see what the outcome is.

Id suggest talking to a solicitor, who should offer you a free initial consultation.
