I recall seeing bare chassis being delivered by drivers sitting out in the open wearing a greatcoat and a pair of motorcycle goggles.
That used be common at Plaxton coachbuilders in Scarborough.
Nothing around the driver other than a piece of plywood with a small perspex screen bolted too it.
Fine in summer, Imagine that in winter.

Is that the "BASE'ic" model ?
All the rest is optional extras!
In the case of MORELO the chassis come into the factory compound with your name on it as it has already been customised to your chosen spec at Meier a chassis specialist down the road so gas tank, hydraulic jacks, suspension upgrades etc etc have already been done, the factory then build the motorhome but again to your chosen spec.
