Thanks Vanman, yes I have tried everything over a period being on the phone for an hour one time with Mombie attempting every tweet they had in their armory. It tends to improve for a while then slows down again. I have ordered one of these new 300 modems today that was spoken about earlier and will see how that goes......Perhaps it's worth connecting a short cable just to check whether there is indeed 200Mbps at the modem. If there is then something may be interfering with the wifi signal, at least you could dismiss one of the variable
