What length of water hose do I need to get? I have red you need different lengths, the company i am buying the van from told me to get a standard length

A tip for you hose pipers, if you get blowback when filling put a hose connector on the end of your hose and poke that in your filler hole , stops all blow back, seriously, not kidding, found out by accident,by being too lazy to take one off, my lads was the same and it works on his as well.(y)(y)(y)

If you use paid machines (jeton or cash) to fill at aires, you probably need a hosepipe rather than a watering can, as they mostly seem to run on time rather than volume. We carry a watering can as well, though, as it can be easier to put a couple of 10 litre fills in to top up rather than move the van if staying a while on a site.

We might be using the watering can this weekend as we are going to a site which charges 50p for a shower but has 16A hook up included in the rate. I would much rather walk to and fro with a watering can than pay 50p for a shower when already paying £20 a night for a site!
