What are you up to this weekend?

Lots of little jobs from changing number plate light bulb to sticking down solar wire trunking on roof (and everything in between). Should get a nice tan before going to Spain 🤔.

We were going to Henley on Thames with East Dorset centre for Easter but we had to cancel as we both have Covid. Feeling ok with it so just pottering around at home for a while. Hoping to get away on 19 April to a CL for few days then onto Peterborough Motorhome show. Fingers crossed.
Happy Easter everyone

Hope your symptoms stay mild

I hope you've not been too ill Brian. Did Joyce get it too?
Hi Helen, yes Joyce is 3 or 4 days behind me. We picked it up a CAMC meet 2 weeks back at Duxford but neither of us have been very ill, Infact I would day it has been like a common cold but not as bad so it looks like all the arm jabs are proving a success.
I hope you, Alan and the family are managing steer clear and keeping well.

Yes, strangely our whole family have managed to dodge it so far but it's rife down here so I think it's not not a matter of if but when.

Glad to hear you are both ok.

Going to the second of last bookings we have made and paid for, to see how we get on...

Last three or four booked and paid for trips were cut short...

Explained the reason for leaving early to all of them and the only one to give us a refund (But for another time/date) was just outside Paignton... (y) cannot beat Devon & Dorset for being fair...

Got back from Devon and straight to see the doctor and I am now on an (Emergency Pack.. :frowny:.)

So lets see how long we last at the New Forest this coming week...

The Wetherspoons in Henley is good Bob and if you want to treat Mrs Bob then the Bull in Henley is nice Or Swiss farm has a cafe on site. (y)

Going to some place in Newark….. for two weekends in a row!
Second weekend after Jim’s do, is for a Newark Air museum show and the van becomes the bacon butty bar and curry house plus depraved drinking den (if you saw my phantom phixing phriends you would agree). Oh…. We are exhibiting the Phantom cockpit section and also have a merchandise stand. Well worth a visit….. as is cockpitfest later on where all the cockpits are open for guided tours
