Billy No "Mates"...... :(

Arrived at Bagwell, expecting the place to be heaving from the other 2 - 3 rally`s.......... and they have all gone... bar a couple who are packing up from a VW club right down in the corner of the first photo.. The bikers in the next Rally field have all gone..

So tomorrow (Unless any one want`s to come tonight, as it is empty).. The Funsters & a couple of RVOC start to arrive,,,, and all the Reinactment guy`s in the next field.. Last year time so I was told they even bought a couple of tanks onto the field..

So Just going to put the small kitchen tent up and get the Urn sorted and then have a pint or two of White Wine.. and watch TV... (y)

Grass is all nice and short and NO grass trimmings to trample into the MoHomes.. (y)

All on my ownsome, cos Judy and Paul are not coming till tomorrow... :beerchug::BigGrin:

Now where did I put that
Red Light ........ :RollEyes::rofl:

PS....... We do have the use of the Camp site showers and Toilet Block... it is about 5 minute walk away.. (y)

Good few sat out by the marquee chatting and drinking...

I have made my apologies for not being an ideal host/marshal...

Walking round with a mobile stuck to my ear and nipping in and out on the internet..

See you tomorrow..

Mo, You are doing just fine it has been a great meet so far. Got a bit messy later on as alcohol was being forced down. I had to promise my liver that I would be gentle with it today. I'm not sure that it believes me though.

Hi all, we arrived down at BagWash Farm lest evening just in time for the Chish and Fips and the fabulous company of so many. Soon found the South Islander Fidget (Terry and Ann) met so many for the first time, Debs and scousebird, Dawn B and Mike (you lied to me Tootles), Dawn's a Pussy-Cat. Met Ven and Dave and Dryad and Wombles and the Dux and saw many for a second or third time, or maybe meeting Cruiser again just feels like a lot.......:wink:, forgot Armytwowheels who tucked me up with a table for a fiver, thats a first..........

@old-mo
Morning Mo

We're home safe & sound & unpacked (mostly):rolleyes:

Just wanted to thank Mo & Judy for a fantastic experience on our first proper meet:). So much effort & hard work, hope you get to have a rest at Jez & Lin's(y)

Lovely to meet other funsters & a special thanks to the Dux's for looking after us newbies:D and to everyone for making us welcome.

@DuxDeluxe

Greetings from a very wet Horam manor site..... It was a great rally, brilliantly organised by @old-mo (but I simply cannot unsee the tutu and the mankini ;)) and great to meet a load of people either again or for the first time.

It was good to meet both and hope to meet up with yourself and Les sometime soon (y)

Well it is persisting down now (monday morn) and the vans are starting to move out. Many are going up the road to CorfeCastle inc us and sadly many have gone home. it really was a FUN rally Mo, brought about by you and most everyone else. Lovely to meet Debs and the Dux, Dawn B and Mike and the Wombles too. The Mogs and the real newbies who did a table collapsing wine spilling act at the raffle. Scousebird isn't wasting any more valuable holiday time this side of the Channel and Colin (armytwowheels) has been helping me out with wi-if and is going to be helping me with in car entertainment this coming week, so it has been a fix-it week too.

A cracking time was had by this Funster. popeye for breakfast news in deepest Dorset".......... griff

Just to add my two penneth.........

Thanks all for coming.... A rally would not be a rally if it were not for all you wonderful people... And a greater bunch of people you could not ask for..

The few Newbie`s.... was good to meet you and hope this has allayed any fear`s about what we are all about... One big "Happy" family.. (y)

I have load`s of photo`s, and will attempt to put them on in due course...

At the moment we are in limbo as to what is going to happen today.... Will we get to Norden Farm,,,, will we get a phone call from Australia.... So will sit it out here for a few hour`s...

Anyway enough of my moaning,,,, all those going home and onto Jez & Lin`s rally, Have a safe journey...

Lastly a Massive/Huge Thank you for all the donations for the Raffle, Money and prizes for the raffle..

Final Tot up for Julia`s House Hospice for children our given Charity for this event was £735... with a £5 put in the pot by a Funster as he was leaving... So a grand Total of =

£740-00. + another £10-00
£750-00.
:clap2::clap2::clap2:

It's all been said really but we'd like to add a BIG THANK YOU to Mo and Judy.

It's been a great meet and it was fun meeting a lot of new faces and a few old. :)

What a bonus to raise a nice bit of cash for a great charity as well as having such a good time!

Think of us back at work while you're all enjoying yourself at Norden Farm :(
