West Bay Parking (not)

I also noticed there are several dedicated MH parking spaces at the bus station car park in Bridport when we got off the bus from Lyme Regis yesterday, but that is the other side of town.
We pulled into the Bus Station Car Park when we were there but max motorhome length is 6m so we didnt stop. Shame as we wanted eat in a restaurant there. We went to the Kings Head in Bradpole and had an Indian meal delivered to the pub instead as they are not doing food

We were there last week and in West Bay car park there were lots of dedicated motorhome bays and some marked multifunctional bays that would take anything upto 10m. I didn't see any mention of motorhomes less than 6m

The Station Yard (in the sea front opp beach) has big spaces but the signage has changed to say. No Motorhomes. I didnt notice until someone pointed it out to me. The 6m limit was in the adjacent car park on the sign there.
That was last Sunday though so may have changed again (wishful thinking)

I'm talking about the West Bay Road car park which is almost opposite George St

That had a 6m limit on the sign at the pay machine.

In that case use the multi use spaces where there is no length restrictions

Whereabouts are they? I only saw the Motorhomes Only Bays adjacent to the road. There was a car boot on so maybe they are where that was?

We stayed at a site called Ernie’s plot, just outside Bridport about 20 minutes walk.
Nice pub local and walks for dogs.

We walked into Bridport and then down to West Bay, caught the bus back to the site.

Was there much road noise there? We were put off by some reviews.

No was fine when we were there last June see the comments about the road but as with most sites near roads it may depend on wind direction.
Very friendly lady and tidy site.

If you look on Google maps they are in the bottom right hand side near to the Station Kitchen

Thanks - if those bays (which look like coach bays) come under the parking regs for the rest of the car park then I would think the motorhome length limit of 6 metres would apply.
