We're selling our Concorde Charisma

Correct, Motorhome depot charge a percentage whether it’s sold privately, part exchanged or they sell it. Basically they are locked in for 3 months with a legal contract…..
Yes but only for 12 weeks so may not sell, when you have a Motorhome in that price range you only have a very small select few that are looking for one.

You’re right Paul… unless the dealership specialises in that type of vehicle you might well end up with it stuck on a forecourt for a considerable time.

Motorhome Depot have advertised it widely. Hopefully it will find its new owner soon and they can enjoy it as much as we have!

Unless they have that many yours does not matter anymore…..
Also they haven’t listed the model number and they have spelt dinette wrong as well as Gel.
It’s a stunning van though and I wish I could have sold it!

Out of ignorant interest are you unable now to broker this because some form of sales contract is in place with the OPs chosen agent? Like if your selling a house and get approached outside the estate agent they still want their slice?
Yes. I think it is a fair commission. As you have said it is the same with estate agents, they have marketed the house/vehicle and put time and effort into advertising it.

We are happy with the agent - he has worked at a Concorde dealership and knows the vehicles well.

We studied the Ts&Cs and entered into the contract. We would not break it.

Thanks for spotting their typos I’ll let them know.

They don’t have any others at the moment.

Subscribers  do not see these advertisements

If you read the spec it says it is a Charisma 3 850L but anybody looking for one would know that from the pictures.

interesting, after a difficult start I am hearing a lot of good things about Motorhome depot of late.

I would have it myself but I just don't like the color ;-)

Yes, I've only heard good feedback from folk using them, including those selling vehicles the same as ours.

... You never know, it could be yours after a nice wrap job!! :giggle:
