Nope but now on the list. I was surprised earlier this year in Ypres when the locals were speaking Dutch and not French or Flemish apparently its all to do with the pre Belgian independence ( 1835?) when a lot of the area was split between Holland . Germany and France. Its a bit like our Welsh and Gaelic speakers at home its a regional dialect thing
