Nice van,(y) I keep looking online at a Rapido at a local dealership but we're not really in a position to change.
 
Great buy. 2,000 miles a year its hardly had the pips rubbed off its tyres.. Enjoy..
 
Looks like a nice van, did you end up buying privately or through a dealer ? Are Rapidos fully winterised ?

Our last van was identical except it had the smaller 2.2 engine ( still very adequate though at 150bhp.
Went all over Europe and Morocco in it with only one hitch when the throttle body went in Morocco. Took three weeks to get the parts but not a drama as we were parked up front line on a beach while we waited.
Super comfortable and very good build quality in the hab area.

Winterised?
Absolutely!
We were at Fussen in Germany a couple of winters ago and were snowed in for three days. The icicle extending from the rear view mirror to the ground was about 2inches diameter!
Nice and toasty inside and nothing froze, not even the grey water because the tank is heated.

Looks good solid motorhome.
We bought our 1st one November 2013 went straight in for a 2008 A class.
Don't buy too many accessories buy the basic's we still have bits we bought and have not used.
Best item Cadac carri chef 2 means you do more cooking out side!

Congrats on the new toy looks a lovely bit of kit, same layout as ours and we think it's great loads of room and comfy big beds.

I ended up buying private. It was about £10k less than similar models in dealers, and also has extra's such as Leather, full auto, oyster saty satellite and solar.

We bought ours privately. Great deal if you find the right van and owner. No warranty but saving on purchase price takes care of that.
Hope you are as happy with yours as we are with ours.

Get out and enjoy it now.

The current owners have owned since new, and are getting a full habitation check done for me this week. As long as all is well, I will collect the van next weekend.

If needed, you can buy warranty yourself. Looks like a fab van, just make sure you use it :-)
